1. Everyone is a sinner - there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
    
   The Bible says:
   "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."  Romans 3:23

2. Death means separation forever from God. Eternal life comes by receiving Jesus Christ.
    
   The Bible says:
   "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord." 
   Romans 6:23
    
3. God loved us so much that He gave His Son to die for our sins.
    
   The Bible says:
   "But God proved His own love for us in that while we were still sinners Christ died for us!" 
   Romans 5:8
    
4. To be born again, you must believe that Jesus died for your sins, turn from them, and declare that you accept Him as Lord of your life.
    
   The Bible says:
   "If you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. With the heart one believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth one confesses, resulting in salvation." 
   Romans 10:9-10
    
5. This is God's promise to you that if you accept Jesus as Lord, He will accept you now as you call upon the Lord in prayer.
    
   The Bible says:
   "For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." 
   Romans 10:13

If this is the desire of your heart to say this to God, then pray the following prayer.  Use these words or similar words of your own from your heart, and Jesus will become your Savior and Lord.

Dear God,
I believe that Jesus is Your Son, and that He died on the cross and was raised from the dead. I know that I have sinned and need forgiveness. I am willing to turn from my sins and receive Jesus as my Savior and Lord. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
