What happens when I fill in the application form?

When the form is submitted you will be automatically taken to a confirmation page where you can check that the details you submitted are correct.

This confirmation page will also have all the exact instructions you need to buy the products online at up to 20% - so make sure you print the page out for future reference. At the same time you will have an automatic email sent to you which allows you to save the instructions in your email inbox.

You can either buy products direct from the company as a "Direct Preferred Customer" as a 'Health Professional" if you qualify or as a 'Representative"

What is AutoShip?

Most people find it very convenient to automatically have their consumable products sent direct to them by the company each month. Where are the products made?

Why are your products any better than another company selling organic and natural products?

The words Certified Organic backed up by the logos say it all. Our products are certified safe and completely free of all chemicals from the growing of the crops on Certified Organic farms to the production and the manufacturing facilities and the packaging used which have to meet the highest possible Organic Certification. We have the only skin care and cosmetic product range in the world legally allowed to use the USDA Organic logo on skin care products products and in our advertising. If other products aren't using this prestigious logo then they probably contain synthetic chemicals still - despite the claims! By the way there is a $10,000 fine for illegal use of the USDA Organic logo - this is why you don't see it on other skin care products!

Are the products delivered from Australia?

Yes. All shipments are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer. There is no middleman! This is why we can give decent online discounts of up to 20% off retail. This will save you a considerable amount of money compared to buying through a retailer. Our products are already very reasonably priced so the extra discount available makes them very attractive to the average aware consumer looking for pure products.

As the Business Volume increases in various countries, the company will open warehouse facilities once the total volume exceeds 100,000PV for the country. Shipping of individual customer orders will then be handled on a local basis as is now happening in the USA and later in the UK.

Shipping will remain FREE on all Customer orders over $100 no matter what country the customer lives in.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is speedy. In Australia generally within 48 hours of your order being placed. USA is 3 to 5 working days as is NZ and Canada. The UK and Europe allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery. Asia can vary but generally 4 to 7 working days is the norm.

Do your products help people with skin conditions like eczema?

We are not allowed to make medical claims. Claiming that our synthetic chemical free products would help someone with medical conditions like eczema or psoriasis would be breaking the law. However, hundreds if not thousands of people report vastly improved general health and and greatly improved skin once they use products which aren't contaminated with toxic chemicals.  One of the major components of our skin conditioners is the very well known herb Aloe Vera along with a number of many other extremely beneficial natural organic ingredients. Why do you say your products are Certified Organic? - I thought organic products were all the same.

NO. All the Certified Organic skin care and cosmetics are completely FREE of ALL nasty synthetic chemicals and also all the so-called "safe" synthetic chemicals. We don't believe the human body should be exposed to any synthetic chemicals on a regular basis - even the "safe" ones. No-one knows what effects chemicals will have on anyone's health over the period of a lifetime.

I notice another company doesn't use grapefruit seed extract because they claim it is contaminated with chemicals. Is grape fruit seed extract safe?

YES. Grapefruit seed extract is absolutely safe provided it is from Certified Organic sources! Often you will find other companies try to denigrate Organic Natural Enterprise due to the market position they hold and may pick on a particular aspect of the company's products which they perceive to be inferior in some way. ALL grapefruit seed extract used in MiEssence products is from BFA and USDA Certified Organic growers which means the essential oil is 100% free of ALL chemical contaminants found in other company products which use extracts from non Certified Organic sources.

How long is the shelf life?

Unopened the products have an excellent shelf life of two or more years due to the cold pressed and absolutely pure nature of the essential oils used. In rare cases where extra keeping qualities are needed, certified organic natural preservatives like grape fruit seed extract and tea tree oil may be used in minimal quantities.

Once opened the products are best kept out of direct sunlight and heat and will easily last six months or more. Any product you wish to keep longer than the above times should be kept in a cool place below 15 degrees Celsius.

I noticed another "natural" and "organic" website is claiming their products are better yet - they didn't display any logos like you do?

Quite frankly there is a lot of professional jealousy regarding the fact Organic Natural Enterprise has THE ONLY skin care and cosmetic line to be accredited under the USDA Organic regulations for food. As this is THE ONLY company and we have the only products which actually meet this stringent food quality standard laid down by the USDA, many of our competitors try to make it sound insignificant.

Let me assure you - if another company doesn't display the Internationally recognised logos from USDA, BFA, ACO, JAS and are affiliated with IFOAM then they have no legal right to do so. Are your body care products Certified Organic

We use foaming agents in the shampoo which do not come from Certified Organic sources so we DO NOT claim all our body care products are Certified Organic. Some are! Where possible we source ALL ingredients from Certified Organic growers. However, due to a shortage of recognised certified organic suppliers, products like shampoo can not be classified as Certified Organic under the terms of the USDA classification.

You will find all other manufacturers of "organic" products will also have the same problem of sourcing the material needed for certain body care products.

We only use what we believe to to be the very best and natural materials available if they aren't from a Certified Organic grower.

Can Domestic/Australian orders be sent to PO Boxes?

Yes - Domestic orders within Australia can be delivered to PO Boxes and there are no restrictions on the size of orders being sent to PO Box addresses.

Can International Orders be sent to PO Boxes?

No - International Orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes as UPS do not offer this service. They require a signature or alternatively can leave the package at a physical address when “Authority to Leave” has been requested but cannot deliver to a PO Box.

What is Authority to Leave?

If a customer knows that they are not going to be home when delivery of their package is likely to be made they can request “Authority To Leave”. This means that the courier company will leave the package at area specified by the customer.

For example: Instructions may be: “Please leave on back porch.”

A customer can request “Authority to Leave” when shipping details are being confirmed in the checkout area of the shopping cart.

Please note that requesting “Authority to Leave” on your package is at the customers’ own risk and relinquishes the responsibility of ONE Group or the courier company should the parcel go missing. ONE Group and/or the courier company will not refund the cost of the package should something happen to it once “Authority to Leave” has been requested.

What happens if I am not home when the courier tries to deliver my package and I have not requested Authority to Leave?

In most cases the courier will leave a note to indicate that they have attempted to deliver the package. This note will include details of who you need to contact to arrange for a new time of delivery.

Alternatively if no note has been left you can track your parcel on the couriers company’s webpage with your tracking number – this will tell you the status of your order.

It is most likely that the courier has taken your package back to the main depot in your area.

If you are unsure after checking the tracking details online please contact the courier company direct (via phone) as they will be able to let you know the location of your package.

How are the tracking numbers entered into the system?

Once the order has been shipped and is on its way to you, the tracking details are manually entered into the Administration System. As soon as these details are entered into the system the Customer or Representative will receive an automatic email to notify them of the following to assist with the tracking of their order:

Invoice Number

Date Shipped

Courier Company

Ship Verification Number

If the order is shipped with UPS there will be a link in the email which directly links to the customers tracking details.

What Courier Companies do ONE Group use and when?

All International orders are sent via UPS when possible. Some larger pallet orders are sent via Euro pacific.

Delivery times for UPS are 5-7 working days however can be dependent on customs regulations and clearance.

Australian/Domestic orders up to 5kgs in size are sent via AAE (Australian Air Express) which is an overnight service to most metropolitan areas

Delivery to Regional areas can take up to 3-4 working days depending on their locality

Australian/Domestic orders over 5kgs in size are sent Toll Express (Road) again depending on locality delivery can take up to 7 working days.

Products that have been ordered which are out of stock are sent as a Back Order once the product is back in stock in the specific warehouse. These are sent Australia Post to ensure that the customer avoids being charged extra customs duties or taxes on the Back Order.

International Back Orders may take up to 7-10 working days to be delivered and Domestic/Australian Back Orders can take 2-3 working days. From the Nevada warehouse Back Orders are sent via UPS.

What is Business Protection or BP

If a Representative agrees to Business Protection (BP), they will receive an immediate 20% off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Business Protection, a Representative is committing to receiving an order of at least 50 points on the 25th of every month if their monthly orders to that date do not exceed 50 Points.

50 Points is approximately $80 Australian dollars.

Note: you will not be sent this order if you place an order of 50PV or over before the 25th of each month. This is only a protection order in the event that you don't place an order before the 25th of the month.

What is Auto Ship

If a Representative signs up for a 50 point Autoship, they receive an immediate 20% off the Retail Price of all products. By signing for Autoship, the Member is committing to a regular monthly order. The monthly order will be sent out on the 5th, 10th, 15th or the 20th of each calendar month, depending on the date of their joining and regardless of the ordering activity of the member.

Note: You will be sent this order on the date you nominate regardless of your ordering activity for the month.

Is this pyramid selling?

Why do I have to pay to become a Representative?

When you register as a Representative, you are supplied with a replicated e-commerce website which allows customers to buy product online from any country in the world. The other benefit of upgrading to Representative is the better buying rate you will enjoy on orders over 100PV but under $900  see above

Also as a Representative, if you refer three others who commit to a regular monthly order, you will have bonuses credited to your account which will easily cover the cost of a standard BP (Business Protection) or AutoShip order each month.
